VEHICLE LEASE AGREEMENT

This Vehicle Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into and made effective as of 10/13/2026, by and between the Lessor, EMGPrime LeaseEngine Operations, and the Lessee specified below. 1. HARDWARE GPS TRACKING COMPLIANCE DISCLOSURE Lessee acknowledges and explicitly consents that the leased vehicle asset is legally outfitted with an active commercial hardware GPS monitoring tracker device described as: • Hardware Tracker Serial (IMEI): 12345 • Tracker Cellular Identity (SIM ICCID): 988988001 Lessee agrees under penalty of immediate forfeiture never to tamper with, disconnect, block, or alter the tracking device or its mobile power connections. Any interruption of signal velocity constitutes a major breach of security protocols. 3. FINANCIAL LEASE RATES AND TERMINATION TERMS • Weekly Rental Fee: Lessee agrees to pay a recurring weekly lease rate of $350.00 USD, due every Monday. • Security Deposit Escrow Bond: Lessee shall deposit a security balance of $500.00 USD to be held in escrow against damages, citations, or unpaid contract backlogs. 4. OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAINTENANCE Lessee certifies that the vehicle asset will be operated primarily for commercial rideshare purposes (including Uber transportation services) in full compliance with local regulatory guidelines. Lessee agrees to bring the vehicle to an approved service shop immediately whenever the application dashboard signals a system maintenance milestone alert flag. 5. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND CONTENT MODIFICATIONS By clicking, typing into, or signing this document on screen, both parties verify that the pasted text terms are accepted in full.
